Pınarlar Group establishes a control mechanism in all processes, ensuring that production is carried out in high quality standards and safely.

ISO 14001

Our buildings are manufactured with advanced technology in accordance with the latest applicable earthquake regulation, T.S 500 Design and Construction Rules of Reinforced Concrete Structures, Building Control Law No. 4708 and all relevant regulations. Our buildings are implemented with TSE certified high quality building materials, which are subject to quality control by the Construction Audit firm, technical consultants or tests carried out at the Universities at the construction site and in the laboratories.

ISO 9001

All high-rise blocks are made with a quality assurance certificate in accordance with the extensive ground soundings made and the detailed ground survey reports prepared with carrier systems transferring loads to solid ground, prepared with raft foundation or reinforced concrete cast-in-situ pile technology according to the project being proven to safely withstand piled raft foundation and earthquake forces as TSE-complaint. In addition, our projects are constructed as reinforced concrete and partially steel, which are tested at the construction site and in the laboratory, and built with ready-mixed concrete in accordance with the static project.

The Inspection Tour is the most effective way to learn as much as possible about your dream home.

We organize 1-2 day real estate inspection trips in Antalya for our customers.
